Exit "Shuto-Ko" (Metropolitan Expressway) at "Iriya", take #4 highway to the direction of "Shenjyu", turn left at the crossing with "Meiji-doori" "Minowabashi (Ozeki-Yokocho)" to the direction of "Akabane". Go straight looking JR Ogu Station to your left., and turn right at "Kajiwara crossing". Turn left at the front corner of the "Arakawa Tramcar Garage" then left at the second block.
Take JR Keihin-Tohoku Line to "Kami-Nakazato station", or take Tohoku Line to "Ogu Station", then follow the map. It will take 10-15 minutes on foot.
