Exit the "Chuo Expressway" at "Katsunuma" Interchange, you will be on National Road #20 Bypass.
Turn right toward Tokyo (to the east), turn left at the first crossing toward Kofu City (to the west). Turn right at "Todoroki" Crossing toward "Enzan", hold on the way, cross under JR looking the "Enzan" station to your right, then turn left at the first crossing to "Erinji Temple". Follow the map afterwards. It will take about 30 minutes.
JR Chuo line. Exit at "Enzan" station. Take a taxi in front of the station. Tell the driver " Teikoku Ink at Makioka". He will bring you to the plant. It takes about 15 minutes and costs 2000 Yen.
