Introduction of Non-conductive and High opacity inks
Non-conductive inks which are also high opacity.
Conventional black inks were conductive due to the carbon content of the ink and it was a cause of interference in the phone and automotive markets.
The new non-conductive black ink is strictly non-conductive and creates no radio interference. At the same time, it has the normal opacity of conventional black inks.
This ink is especially applicable to the Flat Panel Display and Mobile Phone markets, representing an enhancement of the receptive functionality of these types of product.
Introduction of Anti-Bacterial Inks (IPX-HF Anti-bacterial Ink)
IPX-HF Anti-bacterial Ink is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ink.
By comparison to conventional anti-bacterial and anti-fungal inks, the new ink is free of halogens and has enhanced environmental safety characteristics.
This ink is suited especially to frequent touch membrane switches for the home appliance and mobile phone markets.

Introduction of High Opacity Black Ink/ High Opacity White Ink
High opacity can be realized with white and black inks applied in only a single layer as cost reduction.
High opacity, single-layer black ink allows a thin ink film to be applied which has special value for the mobile phone, automotive instrumentation and backlit home appliance markets.
High opacity white is also available.

MIR-51000 and MIR-41000 MIRROR SILVER are mirror silver for screen printing inks and have a superior printability to Polycarbonate and treated PET materials.
Since these inks do not contain chlorine vinyl acetate copolymer, they are environmentally and human friendly inks.
They can act as a substitute for metal plating and have the benefit of being lower cost and more environmentally friendly.
When printing on glass materials, inorganic inks (calcination inks) are usually used and post-printing the inks are be heated to 650 degrees Celsius in order to fix them onto the glass substrate and confer durability.
However, there are relatively few colors available and therefore design limitations. Furthermore some of these inks contain heavy metals.
To address this issue we offer the GLS-HF Glass Screen Printing Ink series.
This ink series offers good heat-, water- and physical durability, a wide range of colors as well as better printability at wide widths and dryability at lower temperatures around 150 deg C. Furthermore, they contain no environmentally hazardous substances.
