ERX Ink is a environmentally friendly one-pack ink, which does not contain polyvinyl chloride and environ hazardous substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene and isophoron. FMX Ink (Environmentally friendly one-pack ink for post-forming)

FMX Ink is a one-pack ink suitable to 3–dimensional post-forming such as pressurized air forming, vacuum forming, etc. It does not contain any environmentally hazardous substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene, isophoron, etc. FMX Ink is a new version of our FOM Ink. It is an isophoron-free ink. FMX Ink has better stability on stencil and better leveling properties. This new product has a more flexible and heat-resistant ink film during forming. The ink has good adhesion to treated PET and polycarbonate film. FMX Ink is suitable for printing and forming nameplates, interior parts of cars, and cell phones.

Ink for printing on glass (Heat Curing Organic Ink versus Calcination Inorganic Ink)

Teikoku Printing Inks has developed a screen ink for glass. It is called GLS Ink and is offered as a solution to the problems intrinsic to inorganic glass inks. When printing on glass, inorganic calcination inks have been used which involves heating the ink to 650 degrees Celsius causing it to melt onto the glass substrate. Some of these inks may contain heavy metals and are suspected to be a health hazard. The inorganic calcination inks may provide good adhesion and resistance, but few color variations are available which may limit the range of design possibilities. GLS Ink is a superior alternative from the point of view of environmental safety, versatility in design, good resistance, and ease of use. INQ Ink Series (Non-toxic and low odor 2 pot IMD ink)

INQ Ink series are 2 pot insert molding decoration (IMD) inks, which do not contain toxic solvents such as benzene, toluene, xylene and isophoron and which have little odor. The inks are suitable for IMD, which is widely used for nameplates, car parts and cell phones, because these inks have good adhesion when printing on PET and polycarbonate film. INQ Inks are soft and flexible, and have good heat-resistance.

UV SPA Clear For adding thickness and gloss to prints

UV Clears are widely used to print posters, calendars, catalogs, and book covers to enhance the look and feel of the print. UV SPA Clear is a UV curing screen-printing clear that can be used to produce a thick clear layer and to add a clear gloss effect. It can be printed on offset ink layers which cure by oxidation and which have difficult adhesion with printing inks. It can be printed in specific areas with pattern printing.

MAB Ink (2 Pack Ink for Hard Coated Acrylics)

Hard coated plastic plates are widely used for the windows of electronic games, cellular phones, flat-panel displays and other electronics. In order for these windows to be scratch-resistant, they are manufactured using hard coated plastics, but it is difficult to obtain good adhesion to these hard-coated surfaces with traditional screen inks.

IR Transmittable Ink (Infrared light transmittable / UV & visible light non-transmittable)

The areas printed with this ink transmit infrared light whose wavelength is longer than 850 nm, but it does not transmit visible light (400-750 nm) and ultra-violet light (190-400 nm). The major application for the use of this ink is in the manufacture of remote control devices, which are widely used for electronic appliances such as TVs and air conditioners. IR transmittable ink is designed to be used to make filters for IR-receiving windows of remote control devices.
