PRT Screen Ink (Soft Touch Scratch Resistant Screen Ink )

Teikoku PRT Screen Ink is composed of natural collagen fiber particularized protein powders. This ink is soft to the touch and has a scratch-resistant matte finish.

♦ Soft and matte finish
♦ Scratches or finger prints do not stand out in spite of the matte appearance
♦ Cracks or breaks do not occur even if it is folded
♦ Superior adhesion to a wide range of materials
♦ Suitable in a wide range of applications

♦ Stir well before every use.
♦ Add 10 wt.% of 210 Catalyst to 100 wt.% of PRT Ink and stir well.
♦ Thinners for PRT Ink are as follows:

H-001 Thinner (Fast Dry)	H-003 Thinner (Slow Dry)
H-002 Thinner (Standard)	H-004 Thinner (Extra Slow Dry)

♦ Do not use other solvents as they cause blocking, lack of adhesion and other adverse effects.
♦ Dilution rate with thinner is 15%
♦ Screen Cleaner N or H-002 thinner is recommended to clean the stencil.

♦ T-100~180 mesh is recommended as stencil.
♦ Avoid using finer (higher than T-225) mesh as it may cause clogging of the mesh.

♦ Tack-free drying time for treated PET is 15-20 minutes at room temperature (25°C ) with H-002 thinner and 20% dilution.
♦ Differences in substrate material, room temperature, amount of printed matter or size of printed area may affect the drying properties . Drying time should be determined before production printing. 30 minutes at 80°C is the standard drying time.
♦ Dry well as residual solvent may cause protective sheet defect or blocking.
♦ Heated drying is recommended when Slow Dry thinner is used.

Note 1:	White color and Extender base create grayish color tone because of pigment properties.
Note 2:	This product is made to order.

Quality of substrate may differ according to maker or manufactured lot. Adhesion test before printing is strongly recommended. Also, plasticizers, additive materials on the substrate material's surface may cause lack of adhesion. We recommend wiping the surface with alcohol.

♦ Use safety gloves and goggles. If ink comes in contact with skin, wash with soap and plenty of water. If ink comes in contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult with a doctor.
♦ Containers should be closed tightly after use and stored in a cool, dark place.
♦ MSDS is available upon request. Read it carefully before handling products and use all ink products responsibly.

<Printing Conditions>		Substrate: White Vinyl Chloride Sticker (Hi-Scal No. 5010/Nippon Carbide product), 120 mesh, Ink: 100 wt.%, Catalyst: 10 wt.%, Thinning: 15% dilution
<Drying Conditions>		: 80°C / 30 minutes, after leaving at room temperature for 3 days.
