VS Screen Ink (Semi-Gloss Ink for Soft and Rigid PVC & Acrylic)

Teikoku VS Ink is suitable for embossed surfaces of PVC products such as PVC stickers, PVC sheets, and wallpapers. Teikoku VS Ink has superior blocking resistance.

♦ Stir well before every use.
♦ Use E-002 (Standard) thinner up to 30-50% for normal applications. E-001 (Fast dry), E-003 (Slow dry) and E-004 (Extra Slow dry) are also available with same dilution ratio.
♦ Avoid excessive thinning and avoid using other solvents as it may cause blocking and lack of adhesion.

♦ Monofilament 150-300 mesh is suitable as the stencil. Coverage is about 28-34 m²/kg at 230 mesh.
♦ “Screen Cleaner N” or E-002 Thinner are recommended to clean the stencil.

♦ 10 minutes at room temperature or 5 minutes in a jet dryer.

Adhesion testing must be done at your site with actual substrate before commercial run. There may be a difference between substrates of different manufacturers or even between different batches of substrate from the same supplier.
If thinning is not enough, the ink may not get into embossed indentations. Please be sure that the thinning is adequate.

Use safety gloves and eyeglasses to protect skin and eyes. If the ink or coating contacts the skin, wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult with a doctor. Containers should be tightly closed immediately after use, and stored in a cool, dark place.
