UV SPA Clear
UV Clears are widely used to print posters, calendars, catalogs, and book covers to enhance the look and feel of the print.
UV SPA Clear is a UV curing screen-printing clear that can be used to produce a thick clear layer and to add a clear gloss effect. It can be printed on offset ink layers which cure by oxidation and which have difficult adhesion with printing inks. It can be printed in specific areas with pattern printing.

Good adhesion to oxidizing cure offset inks and UV cure offset inks.

When thick layer printed will resist cracking when bent or folded.

Good curing speed and good anti-blocking properties.

Cylinder press applicable

Thick layer clear printing :	1,800 rpm/hr speed can be achieved.
Glossy clear printing :	2,500 rpm/hr speed can be achieved.

3. Viscosity Levels of Main Products

We have three grades of viscosity so that product can be used in various environments, printing conditions and designs.

Low viscosity

15 - 25 poise

Medium viscosity

25 - 45 poise

High viscosity

80 - 120 poise

4. Recommended Printing Conditions

4.1 Gloss

4.2 Thick Layer Print
