| EU Regulation | Compatible | Compatible |
| Thinner Type | Z-503 Thinner | Z-705 Thinner |
Evaluation Method:
(1) Dimensional elongation percentage is decided by forming 1mm square PC printing sheet in evaluation mold.
(2) Elongation of Black ISS and ISX inks are measured for shading limit degrees, after forming in same mold, and measuring & plotting the elongation percentage of transmittance limit point (light transmitted parts) on the light table.

Above-mentioned using method, attention items and performance data cannot be guaranteed.
*Safety Handling
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is available. Use our products with your own responsibility by taking actual conditions into account and kindly refer to MSDS.

This is a report about ISX Ink Series' (One pack ink for FIM) light resistance.
Color matched printings, made by mixing colored inks and white ink, have lower light resistance properties. Therefore, we mixed each standard ink with white ink in “White 90 : Color 10” ratio and applied light resistance test. Following table shows the hue difference measurement results. (Color differenceΔE with standard sample is measured with color meter)

Screen printing ink's layer resistance, forming suitability, curability, drying properties is affected by printing size, mesh, printing environment (temperature, humidity etc.) and dryer's performance.
In Film Insert Molding process, adhesion of ink layer and injection resin is affected by quality of injection resin forming conditions. Binder and ink selection, printing conditions, injection resin selection, FIM settings affects finished product Preliminary testing under actual conditions is strongly recommended before a commercial run.
