Solution Service Process  Industry & Process

1. Request for Solutions Services

Please use the Teikoku Printing Inks Solutions Services form to submit inquiries about our Solutions Services and provide as much information as possible about the purpose of your particular application and the relevant business areas. We will respond as best we can. Please understand that in some cases there may be some costs involved in this process.

* In that case we will inform you of these costs beforehand.

2. Inquiry & Solutions Proposal

To determine what Support Services may be provided, we will conduct an inquiry to understand the trends and technology in the customer's business area. Before the inquiry begins it may be necessary for both parties to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Definition of test sample requirements, submission requirements & evaluation of the test samples

To deliver a test sample that meets the customer's requirements, the specifications and the test sample evaluation method will be defined.

4. On-site evaluation and troubleshooting of color-matching & printing

Teikoku will visit the actual production site so that the effectiveness of the proposed solution may be agreed upon by both parties. If the solution is found to be in need of adjustment in order to be acceptable, Teikoku will strive to remedy the situation.

5. Agreement & Contract

6. Follow-up

Once the Solution is in production, if some malfunction or problem arises Teikoku will work with the customer to solve the problems. (We offer various Support Services including Solution Services Follow-up. Please refer to the "Support Services" section.)




Support Services Process

1. Request for Support Services

Please use the Teikoku Printing Inks Support Services form to submit inquiries about our Support Services. We will respond as best we can. Please understand that in some cases there may be some costs involved in this process.
