Akabori Inks Mfg. Co. begins manufacturing -
1918
Changed the name to Teikoku Printing Ink Mfg. Co. -
1944
Mr. Chiaki Sawanobori bought Teikoku Printing Ink Mfg. Co. -
1961
Changed the company name to Teikoku Printing Inks Manufacturing Co., Ltd. -
1964
Established new plant and laboratory in Mitaka City near Tokyo -
1972
Obtained license from Sericol Group of UK, the world largest screen printing ink manufacturer; began manufacturing screen printing ink in Japan -
1973
Established the Yamanashi plant for manufacturing screen printing inks -
1981
First color guide for screen printing ink first sold in Japan -
1984
Mr. Tahei Sawanobori elected president -
1989
New Headquarters building (T3C Building) completed -
1993
New laboratory building, T3C Technical Center, completed -
