For using suitable Catalyst to improve printing quality.

Introduction of the Catalysts

A News to those in charge of development and manufacturing who hope for quality improvement.

For improvement of printing quality, it is necessary to use suitable Catalyst tailored to the ink used, printing environment, and expected physical property of printed ink layer.
So, we will introduce information for using suitable Catalyst.

1. Selection of Catalyst tailored to the ink and its characteristics

Characteristics of Catalysts and applicable inks.

We prepare the following Catalysts for each ink tailored to the demand such as curing speed and physical property of the printed ink layer.

Note:
Addition of Catalyst beyond the above conditions may cause poor adhesion or degrade physical property and resistance of printed ink layer. Please be sure to measure amount accurately and mix sufficiently before use.

2. Additive amount of molding ink and Catalyst

Difference in additive amount of Catalyst depending on molding
ink type

Additive amount of Catalyst differs between 2 pack type molding ink; IPX-HF and INQ-HF ink as shown in the table below. Please be sure to confirm additive amount of catalyst before using molding ink.
