1.Proposal for cost reduction by UV curing type adhesive

Cost reduction by switchover from double-sided tape to UV curing type adhesive is possible:

It is possible to significantly shorten the number and time of process for cutting out and taping up to front-face of double-sided tape, etc.

Characteristics:

1.Adhesive characteristics
Adhesive property is superior to the screen printing adhesive of our current lineup
It is possible to adjust adhesive power and holding power.
It is possible to improve holding power by using Catalyst.

2.Color variation
Since coloring is possible, it is possible to distinguish parts applied.

 

 

 

2.Proposal for self-repairing Clear

What is self-repairing ink?

Self-repairing ink creates printed ink layer with scratch resistance.
It has restoring function and it is hard to see the scratch as time passes.

Characteristics:

It is Clear-coating ink with transparency. It damages when it is scratched with certain load, but the surface recovers and the damage becomes hard to see.

4.Proposal for adding high-value to smartphones

Our inks are being used on cover glass of smart phones in various ways for adding high-value such as high functionality, etc.

5.Proposal for mirror effect with vivid color

Compatibility between mirror effect and color density:

In conventional Color MIR ink (Mirror effect ink), there was trade-off between mirror effect and color density. Combination of TOC-HF, MIR-51000 Mirror Silver, and MIX-HF can realize compatibility between "Mirror effect" and "density" which Color MIR ink could not express.

6.Proposal for moldable UV curing type phosphorescent ink

What is "function of accumulating light" which Luminova Phosphorescent Ink provides?:

"Function of accumulating light", which Luminova Phosphorescent Ink provides, is the function that absorbs and accumulates light ray such as sunlight or electric light, etc. and emits light energy by gradually giving it off. It is possible to repeat absorbing, -accumulating-, and emitting of light energy a number of times and to emit light at dark.

UV curing type, moldable Phosphorescent ink:

It is also possible to mold with the inks such as Phosphorescent ink which has high additive rate of pigment. (The following photos are the molded products.)

7.Proposal for UV Clear for both thick layer printing and glossing

Characteristics of UV SPA Clear Series:

"UV SPA Clear Series" is UV Clear for screen printing, which can be used for both thick layer printing and glossing and which pattern printing is possible only on parts you want to provide function such as highlighting, tactility, and visibility.

"UV SPA Clear Series" has superior adhesiveness and flexibility and it adheres well to oxidative polymerization offset printed substrate which is hard to adhere in general. Also, no crack occurs in the printed layer by folding even with thick layer printing.

Example of usage:

It provides printed substrate with function such as highlighting, tactility, visibility, etc. and is used for the purpose of creating printed substrate which is highly effective for highlighting.

It is used for glossing, thick layer printing, and highlighting design of posters, catalogues, book jackets, and packages. It also can be used for usage of spacer, etc..

 

 

8.Introduction of photocatalytic function

Characteristics of photocatalytic function:

1.It has adsorptive property.
2.It decomposes bacteria (influenza virus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc?.
3.It is also possible to decompose smell of cigarettes, etc.

 

 

 

9.Introduction of SP Color guide

5th Edition of SP Color Guide:

This color guide contains more than 500 color samples, actually printed on art paper with screen ink.

It is highly beneficial for new color arrangements or repeat orders by just specifying "Color Number" without troublesome color matching process. Buying only 1 chip for 1 color is also available.
